redirect calls to SIP phone?

i am able to receive calls perfectly from google voice to my regular landline phone connected to OBI , i configured a SIP phone on SP4 and it works perfectly , i am able to make calls but cant receive them
i changed SP1 X_InboundCallRoute to  : ph,sp4(LINE4@local_client)  where line4 is my auth username on sp4. it rings on my landline but doesnt ring on my sip phone. any clues?

Register the phone then post SP4's status.

now im facing a weird issue , my softphone sometimes register on SP4 sometimes it doesnt im not sure what is the reason. is there any timeout it needs to try to login again?

i disabled my firewall , its working now
