Is your OBi unit connected to your router?  To your modem only?  And there is no need to connect further to a 3rd party device, such as switch, extender, etc.

You can try restarting all devices; your OBi unit, the router and also your modem to see if the OBi unit comes back online.  When back online and hearing dial tone, dial ***1 to make sure to hear the IP Address.  Dial **9 222 222 222, tell us exactly what you're getting.
