I cannot dial any international numbers from Obi202

Hi there,

I got the error message "the number you dialed 01186xxxxxxxxxxx was rejected by the service provider. the reason is 502" when I tried to call any numbers in China. All my incoming or outgoing calls to local numbers work. My service provider is Freephoneline.ca, and I have purchased credit for international calls. FW on my Obi202 is 3.2.2 5921. I have <011>86xxxxxxxxxxx|in my DigiMap.

Please help.

Log in to the 202's onboard web server and access the Call History page. For the calls to China, check that the number sent to the ITSP and the SP used match what you expect.

Also check with the ITSP that 011 is the required international prefix as some use the  ITU-T recommended 00.
