That message indicates that you are signed into a business G Suite account. G Suite now has a paid, business-class version of Google Voice. You'd need to be a paid G Suite customer and acquire a license for Google Voice. Aside from that, you cannot use any of the OBiTALK 200, 1000 nor 2000 products with G Suite any more. The only phones supported for G Suite users are the Poly VVX x50 series.
