Can someone check the firewall port requirements?

If I enable all ports, everything works.

If I only open the ports listed at
https://www.obitalk.com/info/faq/Troubleshooting-sec/ports-to-keep-open-on-my-router
my Google Voice eventually disconnects and shows offline, reconfiguration fails,
and the Obi Expert Configuration can't look up the status of my device.

Most consumer grade routers work just fine with the default settings.

You mention firewall, what model is it?

Most consumer grade routers are NAT routers and do not have firewalls in the usual professional sense.

I'm running pfSense 2.4.4... so yes, it's a firewall.

The article lists the following ports:

Allow Outgoing:
TCP Ports: 6800, 5222, 5223
UDP Ports: 5060, 5061, 10000 to 11000, 16600 to 16998, 19305
Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000

I'm hoping someone from OBi can actually provide updated technical requirements
so I don't have to sniff the traffic.

My GV Service Provider, SIP page is showing Port 443 against OutboundProxyPort.  Try opening that in the firewall.

The FAQ page has not been updated since GV changed from XMPP.
