Can i have a GV call in the US get forwarded to my cell phone overseas

I have a google voice account being picked up on my Obihai 200 overseas. i would like the call forwarded from the Obihai to my Iphone which has an overseas phone number. Can this be done?
Can my Obihai forward to my Whatsapp?

You can forward calls to a softphone installed on your iPhone.

Use Zoiper softphone.
