Google Voice Not getting incoming calls, can make outgoing

Microcell:
When the phone rings there is kind of a crashing or whooshing sound and the line goes dead.. neither the caller or I can hear each other its just dead. Anyone else having this issue?

FormerYooper:
Yes!  Happened on 3 incoming calls today.  And yet, when I call out there are no issues.
