Is there a way to set up an address book on my PC that I cando a mouse click and have the number dialed?

I have my Obitalk right next to my pc. My PC has three monitors. So I would like to have my address book open at all times on my third monitor. So If I pull up a contact, say for mary brown, I would like to do a mouse click on it and have the call placed. Then just hit the speaker button on my phone or pick up the handset. Is this possible?

Thanks for any help / advice.

Is it possible to schedule such calls as well and have them dialled automatically at the specified time? I tried using Macros as well as op autoclicker but it works just for the first contact and then stops for the next contact. If it's piossible, please let me know how.
