Hi,
Sometime this month the usual Google Voice call waiting tone I hear when I am on a call and a new call is coming in, have stopped.
I use a obi 200 and the callers are dialing my GV number.
The caller does get GV voice mail and leaves a message, but sometimes the call is very important and I need to disconnect my current call and pick up the new call.
I can't find any settings in GV for call waiting and nothing is forwarding to my GV number as you can't forward to a GV number, only to a non-GV number.
How to I fix this?
