Unable to configure Softphone endpoint for Google (or anything)

I'm trying to test OBiTALK. Have gotten an account and set up the desktop App OBiAPP and X-Lite soft phone. I'm running Windows 7. The problem is that I can't figure out how to connect the softphone to Google Voice or Google chat. The configuration panel for softphone (see attached screenshot) just has an input for the display name and a dropdown for voice gateway, with no entries in it. I think I am either missing something completely, or OBiTalk can't be set up from Nigeria. Thanks for any help.

OBIAPP for PC and OBiON Apps can only communicate with other OBIAPP for PC, OBiON Apps, and OBi100/OBi110 devices.  Only OBi100/OBi110 devices can communicate with Google Voice.  For OBIAPP for PC and OBiON Apps to communicate with Google Voice, they must go through an OBi100/OBi110 device.
