Obi212 configure help needed for 2 Gvoice lines and 2 phone devices

Hello,

I recently purchased the obi212 and want to use it with 2 different google voice numbers.  SP1 will be the main voice line going to my desk phone, SP2 will be the 2nd google voice line going to a separate fax machine.

I have wired my phone jack in my office with a 2 line jack (primary pair using blue/blue white, secondary pair using orange/orange white).  I have that 2 line rj11 plugged into the phone port of the obi212.  It seems that I can't separate the lines.  Only line 1 seems to get a dial tone.

Is it possible to run both phone lines on the one obi212 or will I need to buy 2 units?

No, you can't do what you want with the 212.  You need an OBi 202 instead, which has two phone ports, for a two-line phone, or for two one-line phones.  The 212 has one phone port and one line port, for an external telephone service.
