Ok I think OBiLINE device could solve my problem. But it connects to the USB port of the OBi200 which means I won't be able to use my USBWiFi and unfortunately my router is on the other end of the room.

Provided the buzzcall sufficiently well mimics a telco line, an OBi212 (plus OBiWiFi or OBiWiFi5G) will do what you want.
After configuring your chosen ITSP on SP1, modify the LINE port InboundCallRoute to
ph,sp1(1234567890)
but using your cellphone number in place of 1234567890
Incoming calls from the buzzcall will ring both the phone on the OBi's PHONE port and your cellphone. Either can answer and send a DTMF keypress.
