OBI phone & Google Voice - outbound problem

Intermittently when I place a call from my Obi2182 (and previously from 1062) over Google Voice, the call will connect, but I can not hear the call recipient.  They can hear me.  Any ideas on this one?

For starters, I would disable SIP ALG in your router.
