Add pp bridge mode hookflash from slave to master so that call waiting works

It would be great if I could cause a hookflash on the obi with the line connection, from an Obi talking to it via ppObiTalk.  This would allow the answering of call waiting, and allow pbx control in the home to office bridge configration.
