Obi2162 vs VVX450

I'm thinking of upgrading my 1062. Does anyone have advice/suggestions for an upgraded version? I looked online and saw the 2162 and the VVX450. Any suggestions ? I'd be using google voice with it.

Are there other high end phones that work with Google Voice that I should explore? I've been having issues with my 1062 so wanted to get something that does what its supposed to do - WORK!

The Polycom VVX450 will not work with Google Voice. It will only work with Google Voice G Suite which is the enterprise version of Google Voice.
The best phone to upgrade from the OBi1062 is the OBi2182 that will work with Google Voice.

Any thoughts on the 2162 vs 1062? Is there any improvement in the hardware or call quality from the software?

I've been having issues with my 1062. When someone calls me the first call gets all garbled. It was working fine until a few weeks ago. Not sure if its new firmware or what, but I can't seem to get it right.

Not sure if buying a new phone will really help..

I went from the OBI1032 to the OBi2182 and haven't looked back.
The obi2182 is a much better phone. WiFi and Bluetooth are built-in.

thanks ! I have the 1062 with wifi built in... Not many stores have the 2182 in stock. Not sure why. They have the 2162.
Any other improvements besides the wifi?
