I have 5 GoogleVoice numbers on my OBi2182. Every once in a while I test them by calling them from another phone. I noticed that when I answer there is no audio both ways. Don't ask if I disabled SIP ALG on my router as I always do that.
I program all my devices using the local GUi and not on the Obitalk portal.

One possibility is the firewall is blocking the RTP ports.

My router is a NETGEAR R7000P. I just read on the NETGEAR Community Forum that the latest firmware V1.3.1.64_10.1.36 has an RTP problem with no audio both ways. I guess I will have to wait until they fix it with another firmware update. I hope it comes very soon.

One more thing I forgot to mention. My SIP provider on SP! has no audio issues. It's just my Google Voice lines on SP2-SP6.

I downgraded the firmware on my router and still have no audio issues.

Do you realise that statement is completely ambiguous with two opposite meanings?  Only by reading the preceding posts is it possible to determine what you mean.

N7AS

The original firmware was V1.3.1.64_10/1/36 I rolled it back to V1.3.1.44_10/1/23
I thought that this would fix the problem. It did not. I am hoping the next version will fix the problem.

Hunh??

You cannot configure Google Voice via the local web UI.  It has to be done via the OBiTALK portal.  If you have taken any tin-foil-hat measures to block anything Google-related, you'll also have unpredictable results.

Steve, What are you talking about?
I think you meant to post this in another thread.

I am talking about the statement you made right here in this thread, in your first post:

I know. The problem lies with the ROUTER.
When I got my OBi2182, I did set-up 5 GV numbers on the Obitalk portal. I quickly disabled Obitalk provisioning when I was having problems with my main SIP provider which quickly corrected itself after disabling Obitalk provisioning.
