my dashboard seems to be set up for previous Obi device

Suddenly out outgoing calls on our connected handset returns:

Tried resetting with no luck

I have managed to get the dashboard open and it shows:

SOFTPHONE          290  ###  ###            1            (a black dot here-maybe offline indicator?)

(I clicked on device configuration and it showed: "The OBi100 and OBi110 has reached it's end of life (EOL) status and are no longer supported. Please upgrade to a more recent OBi device to receive support.")

First issue is that neither of the above two "Obi Numbers" match the Obi Number on my Obi200. I previously had an Obi110 and replaced it with an Obi200, so there is a possibility that somehow I signed into an earlier account which was configured for the 110?

Anyway I tried to add the 200 as another device, dialed the **5 #### and it seemed to set up as the dashboard now shows"

(all this now above the information entered at the top)

and attempted calls out yield same message as at the beginning above

So, with apology as I am not very techy, I am now stalled and humbly seek assistance. TIA

Got it sorted. I was signed into the wrong gmail account.
