can not receive calls or call out

So I need some help! I havnt used my OBI 200 since I left Texas and I set it up and everything is connected but can not receive calls or call out..what am I doing wrong..im really frustrated now. I didn't set it up when I first got it a friend did so now im lost

What error message do you hear when trying to make a call?

I was able to do all the test and it shows that the phone is connected. When I make a call it does not give me a message error just doesn't ring. If I call the home number from another phone it does not ring and goes to me google vm.

Would it be possible that the phone is the problem? I did the **9 222-222-222 and says my OBi is working properly and all my lights are on..

I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I have enabled the dmz and everything shows connected and all lights are working but still no in or out calls at all..Need help!!
