Hi guys,
I'm a newby to voip but I love the potential.
Great forum,  been learning lots here.
My issue is the call forward no answer (CFNA).

My setup;

SP1 sip with InPhonex,  (eventually going to port my landline over)  rings L1, calls L1, works. ;D

SP2 Google voice number for my lady. Rings L2, calls L2. works. ;D

SP3 My GV line no call waiting,  Google voice answers and takes messages if no answer.works. ;D

Sp1 rings line 1 and calls line 1
Sp2 rings line 2 and calls line 2
Sp3 rings line 2 and no call line.

I want sp1 to ring line1, if not answered by ring 2 forward to my GV (cell) line.

I have InPhonex set to no VM, no forward.  Just ring my OBI202.
Went to 192.168.0.67, logged in
Voice services - Obitalk services - calling features,
In CFNA enable I have th box not checked and the default box checked.
   in CFNA  number I have "SP1(16572019291)" no quotation marks. {do I need the 1 before area code? }
In the CFNA ringcount I have "2"

In Star codes A Code 11 I have "*62, Cfwd No Ans SP1, set(SP1($Cfn),1)"  no quotation marks.
If I use my phone and dial *62 should it not then forward after ring 2 to my cellphone and if not answered go to GV VM?
I'm doing something wrong because the OBI202 just rings until picked up.

Am I missing something basic here? ???
Help please.
Thank you.

You can't use the local interface to make changes, use OBi Expert.
You need to disable OBiTalk Provisioning before you can use the local interface, but then you won't be able to use the portal for changes.

So don't use the ip login I need to use obitalk.com login.
Should I return the call features to default first on the ip login?

No.

When OBi Expert is used, OBiTalk will download the config to the device and overlay any changes.

When OBiTalk detects a config mismatch, it will download its config overlaying any changes made locally. That's why you can't use the local interface.

Edit:
Someone else posted a problem with CFNA, so there might be a bug.

azrobert,

Thank you for the information.
I went a different direction.
Used InPhonex (my voip provider) forwarding to forward to my SP1 + SP3 numbers simultaneously.
Now my home and cell both ring at same time and if no answer GV V-mail grabs the call.
Not my first choice but this option allows office or cell to answer work calls and has GV Voicemail for all.

Again thank you everybody who has helped make this forum work well.

May all your calls be clear... ;D

For future reference note that under Voice Services, OBITALK Service means the Obitalk network as used for calls to and from other Obihai devices using their 9 digit Obitalk numbers.  Settings there have no effect on calls using any of SP1 to SP4.

Thank you drgeoff,
Glad I found a way.
