As of this moment, all green lights are on. No phone dial tone on any of the cordless sets. On incoming calls, the phones ring twice, will stop leaving no message on the answering machine. With myself calling my number, it will ring twice on the cordless hand sets, ring twice more and go to Google Voice.

The old unit was deleted off of linked devices. Set up had no glitches. All lights on the Obi box are on as needed.Google Voice and Obi shows the new unit is functioning.

Now where is the problem??

Thank you

Without dial tone, how did you add the new OBi200 to your dashboard?

On the dashboard page of Obi, clicked on the "gear" Icon that took me into Device Configuration page. The old obi unit was showing. Disconnected the old unit. Clicked on the box "Delete Device" and it disappeared.
Connected the new box. Followed the prompts as they appeared and the new box was added.

STEVEINWA'S posted reply to my post was very helpful:http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=16252.msg100800;topicseen#msg100800

To add the new box to your dashboard you would have needed to dial **5 nnnn (where nnnn are 4 digits given on the dashboard).  Are you saying that the OBi gave no dial tone at that time but dialling **5 nnnn was successful nevertheless?  Or are you saying there was dial tone when you did that but it disappeared at a later stage?

Although the Obi gave no dial tone and dialing  the ***5nnn it was successful. No dial tone before or after doing this.
Another phone that was tested at a friend's house as working was installed with the old box in place as it was with the installation of the new.
