Generate an Old Dial Tone on ObiHai Device

Would like to try and have the old-school "City Dial Tone" on my phone network. Can the ObiHai emulate this sound? This video has a good example of the dial tone I want. https://youtu.be/Qu4EKSW4cqA?t=36

I have read that you cannot get this dial tone simply by combining two frequencies. Instead, it is described as "a 600 Hz tone that was amplitude-modulated at 120 Hz" (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dial_tone)
