How to delete a phone number from Google Voice SPAM list?

Somehow my sister's phone number got into into my GV spam list, so now she cannot ring my phone.  I have no idea how it got there, nor how to get it out.  (I didn't know there was such a feature.)

Can anyone advise how to delete it...?
