Hello all,

Total noob here.

I have an Obi202 set up with a 2 line analog phone. I have two separate lines on a Callcentric account as well.

I have setup a softphone extension on my PC to answer each of the Callcentric lines as well.

My question is, how would I configure the Obi (or my Callcentric account?) to be able to pickup a call in progress on my analog phone with my softphone without having to transfer/conference etc.?

I am not adverse to having to buy new equipment to accomplish this, Obi IP phone? Just having trouble figuring out where I need to be to get started.

Thanks!

You can't.  IP telephony has no direct equivalent to the old analogue way of wiring multiple phones across the same pair of wires.

You either need to transfer from the softphone or have or a PBX type installation which supports the functionality you seek.
