Has anyone had this issue?

I’m trying to add an obi200 but I keep getting the message in the subject line after I call **
** and some digits...

The obi200 has always been in my possession.

any feedback? Or is there a way I can search for the unique obi200 number(under the obi device)

Bought Obi 1032 on eBay (I know...) looks new, got "The device has joined the network before, under another user's account." message

Never buy OBiTALK devices on eBay.  Return it to the seller for a refund.

If the ebay seller is the person who originally registered the OBi to their account and was unaware of or forgot the need to remove it, that person can still do so even though the OBi is no longer physically with them.  If that is done then you will be able to add it to your dashboard.

However in some cases the seller is a "middleman" and such remedy is tortuous or impossible.  In which case, return the OBi.
