Google Voice is on an OBi200 to our house phone since Feb 2019. Inbound phone calls ring intermittently, that is, sometimes the call never rings, sometimes it rings once or twice, sometimes it rings normally. This has been going on since the install. Internet service vendor was changed a couple months ago, no change to the OBi behaviour, it's still intermittent. For example, comparing today's GV log with OBi200 call history, there are GV inbound calls that were missed, and those same calls do not appear in the OBi history. Other inbound calls that did ring match on GV and OBi history. So the OBi200 is not seeing every GV inbound call.
Why is the OBi200 missing inbound calls intermittently?
Outbound calls work just fine, no problems. There are no problems with internet service, everything works fine.
Inbound GV calls also ring on a desktop computer and a cell phone. Those all ring normally, never miss a call, it's only the OBi200 that misses calls.
