Difficult time with setting up Google voice on OBi200 device

I previously used an OBi200 device for about five (5) years and the device stopped working.

I just recently purchased a new OBi200 device.  However, I am un-succesful with setting this new device.

Every time I get the last screen, For the Status. It just says:

Registration not required.

Or:

Connecting to
216.239.16.145: Token error.

Any help or suggestions please.
