Google Voice - Connect Failed Bad Request 400

My Obi200 has been working fine until the end of 2019. Starting from the New Year it cannot connect to Google Voice. Have there been any changes on the GV side? I don't see any other posts on this, is it just me? I tried to re-add my GV account, still no luck.
The dashboard says: Bad Request 400, which suggests that it cannot establish the connection with GV.

Dial **9 222 222 222.  Do you reach the echo test with recorded message "Welcome to Obitalk ...."?

The echo call works, it also works with my non-GV provider (Phonepower), but cannot connect to Google Voice.

You have some sort of problem with your Google accounts. 

Use a desktop computer's web browser.  Sign into the correct Google/Gmail account.  Go here:  https://voice.google.com/settings.  Do you see the correct Google Voice number at the top of the page?  What country are you in right now?

An update, I deleted the accounts and re-added them to my Obitalk.
Now my GV works, but my wife's account does not. However, her account is Project Fi (it used to be Google Voice in the past), maybe Fi is not supported by Obi, this is fine for us.

Correct:  Fi is not Google Voice, and it can't be used with an OBiTALK device.
