No service configured error

I have been using an Obitalk 202 with Google Voice for about 6 months with not problems whatsoever.

Now I'm suddenly getting a message that says "No service configured error.  Please log into Obitalk.com and configure your device."

When I log into Obitalk, my dashboard says that my 202 is configured to use Google Voice on SP1.

An older forum said there were some firmware changes that have messed people up.  It made a suggestion to delete the device.  But I'm not sure of the next step after deleting the device, and I'm a little anxious.  Can somebody walk me through what I should do?  Thanks to whoever can help me.
