Problems with my 2182

I have an obi2182 but have been having call quality issues. Its hardwired plugged into my Netgear Orbi.

If I have someone on the phone and then someone calls me, when I try to bridge them with the first caller, often the first caller can hear us, but we can't hear them. Sometimes it happens when I dial out to a second caller, too.

This does not happen all the time. Just sometimes.

Also, when someone calls me on a different line (Ie, if I'm on SP1 and I get a call on SP6) the caller on SP1 can't hear me or hears static while the phone is ringing.

I've tried emailing tech support with no luck.

I have firmware 6.2.3 (4946.1311)
