Issue connecting OBiWiFi5G to Mesh Router

My OBI1022 IP phone with OBiWiFi5G dongle connects easily to 2 of my older Netgear routers but I can't connect my IP phone/dongle to my TP-Link Deco Powerline Hybrid Mesh System router. Any tips, tricks or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
