Obi200 stopped working

We have been using the Obi200 with GV for over 3 years now without any issues.  Recently after a power outage, we noticed that there was no dial tone and on checking found the Obi200 blinking Red and Green (alternating).  Found out that it was stuck in Firmware update mode and so followed the instructions and got it updated to the latest firmware - 3.2.1 (Build: 5757EX).  After rebooting the lights turned green and we have a dial tone.  BUT, outgoing and incoming calls don't work anymore.  I have tried all the troubleshooting steps that I could find on the support site (which was really hard to navigate) but to no avail.  I am able to use GV from their web interface and from my phone (GV app).  So I know there is no issue with GV service itself.  When I dial from the phone that is connected to the Obi200, there is absolutely no sound after the dialing.  No error message, nothing.  I tried making the test call and I am able to hear the echo test without any issues.  See my call history log below (number obscured for privacy):
