Phone sometimes rings only once

I'm having a problem with the phone sometimes ringing only once at my end. The calling phone continues to ring, and the call can be answered during the silence after the phone stops ringing. At first, I thought this was a random occurrence, but now I think it happens exactly on the first call after a telemarketer is successfully routed to Nomorobo by forking an inbound call. I don't know how to spoof a telemarketer call to test further. If this is what's happening, I don't know whether it's a bug or an error in my configuration. Here's my configuration:


1805hhhhhhh is registered to Google Voice
1312fffffff is registered to Callcentric.
1777uuuuuuu is the User ID of the Callcentric account
GV forwards calls to Callcentric 1312fffffff for Caller ID with name.
Nomorobo number is 18776593620

Callcentric Call Treatments:

Forward wife's cell to my cell if the OBi device isn't registered (e.g. Internet down)
Forward my cell to wife's cell if the OBi device isn't registered (e.g. Internet down)
Forward other callers to both cells  if the OBi device isn't registered (e.g. Internet down)
Forward callers that are in the CC phone book to extension 100 (Ring tone 1)
Forward other callers to extension 101 (Ring tone 2)

The problem also happened before I changed Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute. Any ideas? Thanks.

UPDATE: I'm guessing that the absence of responses means that nobody sees anything obviously wrong with my configuration. Any ideas on how to test further? Thanks.
