Note that the seller's phone number is in China.

Of course, I'm leery of the price but Amazon does have a good buyer protection process.

Although the seller appears to be China based, he doesn't seem to be new based on the amount of feedback. I suspect that there must be an error in the pricing.

LTN1:
Turns out that the sale (no longer available) was good. I received notification that my $44 (with the tax) OBi202 was shipped this morning with a USPS tracking number (and the item is in the possession of the postal carrier).
