Obi200 - Multi-second Dropouts Every Couple Minutes Despite Hardwired

Hi there.  So I replaced my hardwire and I am still getting this painful drop outs.  This doesn't seem to be happening with my other devices.  Any help would be much appreciated, though I am beginning to suspect it's my internet connection, which is ripping fast but perhaps has dropouts that television successfully buffers.  Scratching my head here..
