Cell phone via bluetooth is muted on Obi1062

So I just paired my cell phone with Obi1062 phone but the audio is muted - I cannot hear a caller via the handset or speakerphone and the caller cannot hear me. I can make and receive calls just fine, there is just no audio passing through the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
