Making SP2 default for outgoing calls (Obi 202)

My obi calls out on SP1 as default, despite setting the default to SP2.

Setup:

3 different accounts (PhonePower), SP1, SP2, SP3Dialing **1, **2, **3 will call out on SP1, SP2, SP3 (Verified with callerid calling a different number).Primary line for outgoing calls route to: SP2 (both for phone 2 and 2). However, if I don't use a prefix, the call goes out on SP1, not SP2. Again verified with callerid.
Did I miss something in the configuration setup?
