Hi everyone:
Fairly newbie-ish person here. I have a little understanding of VoIP, but a lot more of general IT concepts.
My setup is
Router---->PC with Bria Softclient

|
|----------->OBi202---->Phone
Now, things work fairly well. But sometimes, when I'm already on a call with the Bria softclient (Windows), the phone attached to the OBi won't ring, or I can't receive the call. The LCD display on the phone always lights up, and it usually does read something on the LCD display of the phone, but I can't remember what it says.
My ITSP (Voip.ms) says everything is fine at their end.
Can anyone suggest a way to fix this?
