Phone not ringing (GV)

Hi,
I've got an Obi100 with a GV number. When I set it up last week, it was working. But now, the phone does not ring on incoming calls. Instead, the google girl asks the caller to leave a message.

In GV, I have call screening turned OFF. That's what enabled the phone to receive calls last week. But now it's not working despite that setting.

On your Google Voice webpage, under Settings->Phones does Google Chat have a check mark next to it?

Also log into your OBi directly and verify that SP1 Service Status is : Connected
