How to get ringback when call out via gateway?

Thank you for your reply. After test, the situation is:
call out via google voice  ：dial number -> GoogleVoice connected -> Google greeting     -> callee's ringback    -> callee answer
disable X_Sticky18x         :      invite , got ringring 180               -> Answer  --------------------------------------------------
hope to get                   :                 invite                             -> pre_answer          ->  ringring 180 or 183 ->  answer

Note: This setting is unavailable thru OBi Expert and the OBi dashboard. You have to access your OBi device directly thru the local ip address and use the built-in gui to access this setting.

AFAIK, Google Voice ignores all early media.
