Obi200 Incoming caller hears no ringtone

On Incoming calls the caller hears nothing but silence on their end, but my ring profiles and frequency are defaults. Persists through reboot.

The ringing tone that a caller to you hears is not generated by your OBi.

Perhaps if you give some relevant details you might get some concrete advice.

I am not sure what info you need but I am using VoIP.ms and set up according to their documentation. If you can let me know what info you would like I can likely get it.
