Switch from Cable to Fiber...problems

Hi,

I doesn't seem like my last query posted, so I'll try again.

Recently, I switched from cable to fiber. But now I have problems with the obi. Google voice works well, but I have problems with the SIP provider (freephonline.ca).

1. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail
2. Outgoing calls only last 15 minutes before disconnecting.

I read on forums that maybe I need to disable SIP ALG, but that setting doesn't appear to be available on my ISP modem/router. I also read that port forwarding may work, but I need assistance with the settings:

Name: I'll call it obi
Protocol: options include UDP, TCP or both
LAN Host: I assume this is the OBI LAN IP: 192.168.X.X
WAN PORT: XXXX- XXXX: not sure what to put here
LAN host port: XXXX- XXXX: not sure what to put here.

Thanks in advance!
