Is anyone workign on this? I've tried 4 times tonight, but cannot pos to setup forum.

This seems to be why folks end up making duplicate threads here unintentionally...
That error comes up, makes one think the thread was not posted - and then one tries again.
I've had this happen to me.

Been acting up for months. Either no-one is working on it or doing so very slowly.
