orig PC not working now Google Voice doesnt ring phone

i had used GV for a couple of years, but the PC died.  and i cannot make or receive calls through my OBI 200.

I get notices on my iphone that just say new missed call and display the phone number.

how can i get my GV OBIHAI working again?
