Config portal moving slowly and incomplete page loads

Trying to reconfigure Obi202 today both Firefox and Chrome giving me incomplete (or extremely slow) page loads .

Cleard cache and cookies , still problematic. Please get it fixed

Therefore the problem must not exist? I have experienced it on 2 different internet providers now.
