OBI200 added & set up, removed and reset, now cannot add again.

I successfully added and set up my OBi200 couple of weeks ago.  I had trouble linking it to my anveo account.  I removed the device from my Obitalk account, and factory reset it.  After straightening out the problems with the Anveo account, I want to add it again.

Now I can not get past the "Add an OBi device page" without it timing out.

I can get to the "Your number has been sent to the server" prompt
I can call **-222-222-222.
I tried ***6 software update ("Not Available")
I reset DNSServer1 = 4.2.2.2

My guess is that after I removed the device this morning, the ID number for that OBi200 device is still lingering in the system.

Can anybody offer advice?  Thanks.

The Obihai back end stuff that handles adding an OBi to your Dashboard has been having "issues" lately.  Many posts here about that but most seem to succeed eventually.  Keep trying but might take days!
