After calling a non-working number, can't make new calls

Hi,
Something strange happened a day or two back.
Using GV, after calling a non-working number, every new number after that receives the same can't connect the call message.
It took me some time to realize it was the non-working number causing this, and not the obi 200 device directly.
I need to unplug the device, then reconnect it.
If I dial a good number first, no problems. But if I dial the non-working number again, every call to a good number after that again gets a failed recording as did the initial bad number call.
Anyway to fix this other than having to unplug the device?
