I would be very cautious purchasing OBi devices from sources other direct from Poly or Amazon.

There is an authorized refurbishment/resale program for OBiTALK devices.  There was a sale on Woot the other day of refurbished OBi 200's.  However, as N7AS posted, anyone claiming to sell new OBiTALK products on eBay or similar site should be considered suspect.
