OBI202/GV no audio

I've been using OBI202 with Google voice for more than 10 years.  OBI202 is running firmware 3.2.2 (Build: 5921EX).  Nothing was changed.

Since last week, I got no audio on when call is connected.  I tried reboot OBI202 box, deleted GV from OBI and added back, no luck.

For comparison, I also have CallCentric configured on the OBI box.  CallCentric works perfectly.  If I look at "SP Services Statistics" on OBI device page, I see RTP packet counts on CallCentric.  But on GV, all counts are zero, which means no audio packet at all.

This is very strange as no change was made on OBI or home router at all.  For isolation, I tried make/receive calls with GV on my computer.  Audio just worked fine.  So it looks like for some reasons, OBI202 is having difficulty sending/receiving RTP packets with GV.

Any suggestions?
