Call waiting caller ID not working on my Obi212

I have an Obi212 with its line port connected to a PSTN telephone line. Call waiting caller ID works good without the Obi212 in place, but when with the Obi in place, there is no call waiting caller ID.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Judging from the deafening sound of crickets in here, it appears that no one knows anything about the Obi212, I've abandoned the effort and tosed the piece of crap Obi212 in the garbage.

That requires Type II Caller ID (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caller_ID#Type_II_Caller_ID) which AFAIK is not supported on OBi devices.
