RonR:
nico,

My recommendation is:

1. Delete your device from the OBiTALK Web Portal (do not re-enter it).

2. Log into the OBi directly using the IP address returned by dialing ***1.

3. System Management -> Device Manangement -> Reset Configuration

4. After the OBi reboots, set the following:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> Name : Google Voice
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> SignalingProtocol : Google Voice

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName : (Google Voice username)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword : (Google Voice password)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_SkipCallScreening : (checked)

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> PrimaryLine : SP1 Service

Don't forget to click Submit at the bottom of each page before leaving that page.
Click Reboot in the upper right corner after making all changes.

Most likely, you have not yet checked the "Forwards to Google Chat" check-box in your GV Voice Settings.

the chat box is checked in google voice settings for forwarding calls (and i am signed out of google talk/chat).

nico:
Hi Ron -

thank you for your response - the Google Chat is checked in the settings.  i have tried accessing the attendant for the callback - it works.  but when i use a regular phone to call the GV number, it doesn't ring.

i have also tried deleting the device and reinstalling it.

same issue.  i will try contacting you by email now.

thank you

Did you follow the instructions I posted or did you reintall the device in the OBiTALK Web Portal?

nico:
Hi Ron -

i followed the instructions.  did all that, step by step, carefully.

same issue.  i can make calls.  cannot receive.

attendant self-call works.  nothing else.
